How we motivate
Culture of openness
There are many good ideas which can make continual improvements, whether they involve products, work processes or the selection of coffees in vending machines. Flat hierarchies and an exchange of ideas across departments ensure that such ideas are heard.
Negotiated wage & profit-sharing
We ensure that our employees’ good work is remunerated appropriately based on our company wage agreement reached with the union IG Metall. We also give all employees equal shares in profits.

Du kannst von unserer Seite mit hoher persönlicher und fachlicher Unterstützung rechnen. Und mit einer attraktiven Vergütung. Darüber hinaus besteht am Ende der Ausbildung die Chance der Übernahme.
Abschlussarbeit
Wenn du gern praxisnah arbeitest, bist du hier richtig. Wir bieten dir ein dreimonatiges Praxissemester mit anschließender Betreuung deiner Abschlussarbeit im Zeitraum von sechs Monaten an. Die komplette Zeit über bist du Teil unseres Team und wirst vollständig in das Tagesgeschäft einbezogen. Freu dich auf selbstständiges Arbeiten und die Übernahme eigener kleinerer Projekte bei Kraftwerk.
